At Monshah Healing Arts in Orewa, we offer Qigong, Tai chi and Yoga classes that are gentle, accessible, and deeply nourishing. These practices combine slow, flowing movements with breath and awareness to support your nervous system, joints, balance, and overall energy. Whether you are completely new to Qigong and Tai Chi or have some experience, you are warmly welcome in our classes.
Henri-noel Venturini (Monshah) is a master wellness consultant specialising in Tai Chi, Qigong, martial arts, acupuncture, and energy healing. With years of practice in Taiji, Hapkido, Tae Kwon Do, Judo, and Gong Fu, he teaches martial arts for health, well-being, and self-defense, including weapon forms like sword, stick, fan, and staff.
Carolyn Austin is a passionate Yoga instructor who guides students to reconnect with their inner guidance system and live in the moment. After a transformative life experience, Carolyn dedicated herself to sharing the healing power of Yoga to create a joyful, balanced life.
Together, they host workshops in Australasia on Six-Element Qigong, Tai Chi, and Yoga, sharing decades of knowledge and practice.

In our Qigong classes at Monshah Healing Arts, you will:
