Sifu Henri-noel Venturini
Henri brings an innovative teaching method which stems from having studied (and practiced daily), various martial arts disciplines over the last 20 years. (Wu style Tai Chi, Lo Han Qigong, Hapkido, Tae Kwon Do, Choy Le Foot Kung Fu, and Judo) He says that it has been a “natural progression from the tiger into the dragon, drawing away from the more aggressive forms into the softer styles. This has put my body into a healthy cycle that needs less maintenance and gives me a greater awareness of my whole being.”
