3 nights accommodation (Bunk, single or double rooms) with all meals & refreshments: $400 workshop: $700 Total: $1100
Early Bird price before July the 15th : $800
Single rooms subject to availability, first in first served extra charge: $50
A non-refundable deposit of $200 will secure your place. The balance can be paid off over the coming months or in a lump sum one month before the retreat.

Tauhara Centre, with its majestic view of lake Taupo is is the perfect place to connect with the elementals and embody the 5 elements through Yin Yoga and Qigong.
This certificated workshop is suited for practicing acupuncturist (22 CPD points) as well as a “Monshah Healing Arts” foundation course those interested in improving their awareness and health through the practice of Yin Yoga and Qigong.
We gather for 3 days to deepen our breath and awaken our hearts, experience the flow of Qi to heal our bodies and soul.
Co- facilitators Henri Venturini and Carolyn Austin, bring over 25 years of practice, teaching and experience in health and wellness to the work that they are passionate to share.
Henri is a registered acupuncturist, Taiji, Qigong and Gaia Reiki master, whilst Carolyn is a Yin Yoga Teacher, aromatherapist, masseur, and Reiki practitioner.
Alongside an abundant daily yoga, Qigong and Chinese Medicine 5 Element schedule there is plenty of time for rest and solitude, within the beautiful gardens and surrounds of Tauhara retreat centre.
The vegetarian meals are lovingly curated with local produce. You’ll enjoy plant-based, delicious, nutritious delights – the perfect compliment to your wellbeing retreat.
